focused ultrasound\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31HIFU\u3002\u81ea1940\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u53d7\u5230\u91ab\u5b78\u754c\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u300c\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u624b\u8853\u300d\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u81f3\u4eca\u65e5\uff0c\u4ee5HIFU\u539f\u7406\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u5100\u5668\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u6a23\u5316\uff0c\u4e14\u4f7f\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u79d1\u5225\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5b78\u61c9\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HIFU\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>HIFU\u5229\u7528\u5e7e\u4f55\u805a\u7126\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u767c\u5c04\u8f03\u5f37\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u7d44\u7e54\u5438\u6536\u9ad8\u97f3\u6ce2\u5f37\u5ea6\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u71b1\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5340\u57df\u6eab\u5ea6\u9054\u523060\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6578\u503c\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u6578\u79d2\u4e4b\u5167\u9020\u6210\u51dd\u7d50\u6027\u58de\u6b7b\u3002\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u805a\u7126\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\u9664\u4e86\u9020\u6210\u71b1\u6548\u61c9\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u5f15\u767c\u6a5f\u68b0\u73fe\u8c61(mechanical forces)\u7b49\u3002\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u71b1\u6cbb\u7642\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u65bc\u5316\u5b78\u6cbb\u7642(\u4fd7\u7a31\u300c\u5316\u7642\u300d)\u8207\u653e\u5c04\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642(\u8f3b\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4fd7\u7a31\u300c\u653e\u7642\u300d\u6216\u300c\u96fb\u7642\u300d)\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u6027\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u5316\u5b78\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u805a\u7126\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u62c9\u63d0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u7528\u65bc\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u6e1b\u8102\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u61c9\u7528\u9762\u90e8\u805a\u7126\u62c9\u63d0\u6280\u8853\u3002\u5229\u7528HIFU\u805a\u7126\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u985e\u4f3c\u7528\u653e\u5927\u93e1\u532f\u805a\u592a\u967d\u5149\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u71d2\u707c\u6df1\u5c64\u76ae\u819a\u771f\u76ae\u8207\u76ae\u4e0b\u7d44\u7e54\u5c64\u6216\u8868\u6dfa\u808c\u8089\u7b4b\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71(SMAS, superficial musculoaponeurotic system)\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u62c9\u76ae\u6548\u679c\u3002&nbsp;<br><br>\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684HIFU\u53ea\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u63a2\u982d\uff0c\u5c07\u80fd\u91cf\u96c6\u4e2d\u65bc\u4e09\u7a2e\u6df1\u5ea6\uff1a1.5 mm\u30013.0 mm\u30014.5 mm\uff0c\u4f5c\u7528\u6df1\u5ea6\u53ef\u5e6b\u52a9\u6536\u6bdb\u5b54\u3001\u523a\u6fc0\u81a0\u539f\u589e\u751f\uff0c\u53caSMAS\u62c9\u63d0\u3002<br><br>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u7684HIFU\u9664\u6709\u8d77\u521d\u7684\uff1a1.5 mm\u30013.0 mm\u30014.5 mm\u63a2\u982d\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u4e868mm\u53ca13mm\u4f5c\u6e1b\u8102\u7528\u9014\uff1b\u800c\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u66f4\u67096mm\u91dd\u5c0d\u80a5\u539a\u96d9\u4e0b\u5df4\u6216\u9b06\u99b3\u624b\u81c2\u3002&nbsp;<br><br>\u7e3d\u62ec\u800c\u8a00\uff0cHIFU\u9664\u53ef\u523a\u6fc0\u81a0\u539f\u589e\u751f\uff0c\u70ba\u808c\u819a\u91cd\u7d44\u5f48\u6027\u4e4b\u9918\uff0c\u4ea6\u63d0\u62c9SMAS\u6dfa\u8868\u808c\u9375\u819c\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u9762\u90e8\u8f2a\u5ed3\u3002\u7576\u7136\u56e0\u61c9\u7642\u7a0b\u7e3d\u6709\u76f8\u5c0d\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u9032\u884c\u7642\u7a0b\u524d\u54a8\u8a62\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u6216\u91ab\u751f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
